OPINIONS, ORDERS & JURY VERDICTS
OPINION ? Plaintiffs sought to serve process on the head of defendant companies by international mail, because he runs the defendant Nevada companies from the Philippines. Rule 4(f)(3) allows service in a foreign country by means not spelled out in the rule, if the means do not violate an international agreement. Service by international mail approved. (D. Nev.)
